“Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had...

“The management was friendly and the newly renovated waa clean We stayed there for an early hospital appt. The bed was alittle too high for my 95 year old mom. The beds were comfortable. .”
