“Nice rooms with pretty views. Heat pumps need to be updated:)”

“Both tub and sink taps need to be fixed. Leak and sprayed a little water. Tops of Bathroom baseboards need to be painted or cleaned up. Main room was very clean and beds superb.Staff great breakfast good and parking fine.”

“Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...

“I was greatly surprised at nice it was. I was expecting just a standard motel, but the room was all upgraded renovated with a modern feel. Staff was very friendly. About the only negative thing I can say was that the air conditioner was a little too loud. Can really beat this very nice stay for the extremely affordable price.”

“Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.”

The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. “You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.”
