“The staff here go above and beyond to welcome and to assist. The house keepers are excellent, especially the young boy and mother. Very respectable and always smiling. I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great! The staff at reception are very helpful, always jolly and approachable especially one particular women ( wish i remembered her name). “Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

Personale professionale, cortese e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste del cliente. In fase di prenotazione avevamo richiesto una camera ad un piano alto e tranquilla ma, avendo fatto un late check-in la sera di Capodanno, ce ne hanno assegnata una al primo piano vicino alla sala giochi per i bambini. Lo abbiamo segnalato e il giorno dopo ci hanno omaggiato...

“예약내역과 완전 다른방을 배정해주었어요 그자리에서 항의해도 쇼파는 수리를 맡겻다 방은 이방이 맞다 변명만 할뿐 해결된건 하나도 없었네요 체크인 하는곳도 제대로 없어 마냥 문앞에서 기다리고 인셉션도 어디있다는 설명도 없고 숙소에 엘르베이터도 없어서 4층까지 짐들고 낑낑 거렸어요 ㅠㅠ 정말 최악의 숙소 였어요 사진에 속지말고 아무도 이런 숙소 예약하면 안되요 ”
