“Booked room with free breakfast but the staff requested to pay for breakfast when we sit down without checking. Please write down your booking information so you are not double charged. I requested the staff to check so they did not charge me. There is no lift to room so my 14 years old boy needs to carry 20kg luggage using stairs to level 2. There was no coffee provided in room. Other than those annoying issues, it is all good.”

“The location is excellent. Very walkable to the old town, to shopping, and to anything you might want. However, the hotel is overpriced for Hoi An. It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic.
