“Hotel situato su un'isoletta privata molto caratteristico. All'interno del complesso viene effettuato uno spettacolo molto scenografico che personalmente consiglio di acquistare insieme al pernottamento. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro. Piscina infinity a bordo fiume spettacolare (peccato abbia pochi lettini e che il bar non funzionasse in bassa stagione) ”

“Bella struttura situata direttamente su di un isola nel fiume non adiacente alla città vecchia (previsto servizio di navetta gratuito per raggiungere città vecchia di Hoi An). Stanza molto caratteristiche e ben arredare, bagno con vasca e doccia esterna alla camera (garantita privacy, molto carino). Vera colazione internazionale, molti cibi adatti ad europei. Piscina molto bella e poco frequentata. Personale disponibile e gentile. Beautiful property located directly on an island on the river...

“リリーさんは非常に親切でタイムリーに対応してくれます。今回私たち老夫婦と娘2人の家族の3世帯分の滞在です。プライベートプール4ベットルームに滞在しました。 トラブル１　孫のリュック帽子レディブッダ忘れ物探し及び見つかった物の宅配便手配　 トラブル２　妻の体調不良の病院手配等　トラブル3帰国便変更の手配手伝い（実際は変更できなかった）真剣にベトナムエアーに電話し交渉してくれました。非常に感謝しています。 ラインでの連絡でタイムリーにすべてを解決してくれました。出先でも相談でき非常に助かりました。 一つ意見としてチェックインカウンターが無いのでエアビーの様に事前にラインかメールを登録していないとまどうかもしれません。感覚ではエアビーアンドビーにコンシェルジュ（リリーさん　）付いている非常に安心で助かりました。明確なチェックインルールを確立してください。次回はゴルフ仲間とエンジョイしたいです。”

“Excellent staff, very good service, good food and clean rooms and common areas. Insufficient number of lifts, impractical rooms (no storage space), beach dirty woth no possibility of swimming, and buffet too busy at breakfast (Christmas period) are the main drawbacks. ”

“Very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. This resort is truly exceptional, excellent value and Japanese hospitality at its best. The spa was wonderful, as were the pools and restaurants. A bit more variety in the menus was the only thing I would have asked for, but everything else was exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights and would 100% stay again! ”
