The location is great, in one of the long streets parallel to the sea, not far from the sea, restaurants, shops, less than 2 km from the biggest Esselunga hypermarket in Tuscany (a very nice walk destination in the evening), bus stops are nearby, but it's very quiet as well.
Electronic lock system works well. The hotel is sparkling clean.
The hotel team led by Roberta are simply wonderful people. Stefano will help with a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon.
I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was fine but some of my neighbours were excessively noisy insisting on running A/C at a maximum while opening windows all night long which can be somewhat noisy. It can be rather difficult to persuade people to follow a simple rule of using A/C with closed windows. So Roberta went out of her way to rearrange find a quiet room without stubborn neighbours for me (the hotel is practically full at this time of the year).
The hotel is very moderately priced for this location in July.
