Amazing customer service. We were able to check in early. We also had an incident where my diamond earring came out and went down the bathroom sink drain. Maintenance came immediately and was able to retrieve the earring. It has extreme sentimental value as it is from my late grandmother’s wedding ...

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff, including in the restaurant/bar, was friendly and helpful. We've stayed here twice and had the same experience both times. I would stay here again.
