Hotel a Cambridge

“The things that I noticed was, we did not have room service. We had no clean towels and our tub and toilet didn’t look clean. My sheets had small holes in them and the TV remote wasn’t working.”

“My Expedia reservation was cancelled by the hotel manager without informing me. I had arrived at Cobblestone Inn, ready to check in after a day of traveling, only to be told my reservation had been cancelled, they had no rooms to rebook me, and they could not help me in any way. Expedia was great about refunding my money, which I appreciated.”

“We stayed at Econo Lodge in room 228 for one night and the room has BED BUGS! Once we realised that , we contacted the hotel but the staff was not helpful at all. We were told that the rooms are clean and that we were supposed to let them know at the time of stay (which was 1 night in our case). I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially in room 228.”

“Austin and his wife were amazing, The couple should be managers at Marriott hotels. They jumped to perform any task, for my family. Multitasking & completing other tasks for a inexperienced staff members. The breakfast was great. We had a great choice of diary products and delicious menu items each day. I recommend Austin & his wife to be hired at the Marriott, Holiday Inn, or other high end Hotels in the Des moines area.”

“The staff was friendly and quick to answer questions. It was in a safe area with quick access to Ames and Iowa State campus. The room and shared spaces were clean. The room had blackout curtains that did their job well. The air-conditioning was easy to adjust in the room and was not noisy. Our room had a microwave and fridge that were very clean and functional.
