“Great breakfast - clean room - great room service ”

“This property did not meet our expectation as was described and pictured. The breakfast was not more than bagels or cereal. We tried to relax the first morning there and the maintenance workers were blowing off the deck on a windy morning much longer than necessary. My husband went out and asked how much longer to be told it was late and people should be awake. I also fell on the deck because I did. It realize there was a step down. “Room was clean but bathroom door was hard to shut and had a hole from someone kicking it maybe? Took us a bit to find the entrance because it’s right next to another motel and no sign on door or above it like pictures showed. ”

“The overall establishment is clean our room was ok, the environmental services staff needs to check behind an under stationary furniture, unfortunately we found moldy raisins and crumbs behind a small chest of drawers and candy wrappers under the bed and the tub floor was gray.”

“When we arrived they were drying the carpet out with a big fan. The carpet was soaking wet! There were chunks of the carpet missing. We pulled the sheets back and there was debris on the sheets. There were also burn holes in the bedding. The guy at the desk responded “they are just burn holes”. We requested the sheets be changed and they were. The smoke detector kept going off and we requested battery change. At 5:00 am the alarm went off again and continued to the point we took it off the...
