“Parking close and well-lit. Breakfast ample and appetizing. Enjoyed the daily joke on letter board near front desk.”

“The property was amazing! It super close to the Simmons Bank arena.”

“The room was clean. There was ample parking. The bed had a large dip in the middle and squeaked when you moved. The front desk attendent acted like we were an inconvenience to her day and was unable to make change without using her phones calculator to make change when given a $20 bill on a $9 purchase. All in all a decent and convenient place to stay.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly Lobby was good As soon as the elevator opened on second floor an awful smell hit you. The room the smell continued, carpet was very stained, stuff on the walls, in bathroom there was dark smear on wall near toilet, you could see smoke stains on walls in closet, the curtains were only half curtains so you could not close them. The longer I stood there in disbelief from other reviews online and how bad it was I got so stuffy it was hard to breath. My opinion...

“When booking was giving the first room , there was roaches everywhere and tub was dirty. Complained about it couldn't get a refund so was giving another room which was a smoking room that was only available the smell was horrible the walls were filthy even the sheets had stains over em like blood stains even on the mattress. Didn't sleep under the blankets brought my own blankets 0/10 do not recommend”

“Breakfast was not so great...limited. Room has mold. Carpet in room pretty dirty (I put clean socks to walk in room, they are brown on soles). Guest desk attendant was AWESOME though!”

“I loved staying at this historic, old world hotel for a week.The rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. I was in town doing wedding planning with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating. I felt so special. My husband could not be there, so I was traveling alone, yet always felt safe and comfortable. Their drivers were top-notch gentlemen who took me anywhere I needed and promptly picked me up. Their 2 restaurants were wonderful & spiced pecans are out of this...
