“Property was pretty good. But the staff was right outside my door talking until almost 11pm. Other than that, I have no complaint ”

“Check in with Teresa was great. She had a great spirit! The sofa bed in the room was extremely old with stains, not something we wanted to sleep on. The floor could have been swept better as we found fries under bed. Breakfast was presented well. Checkout staff had a great spirit!!!”

TV was a bit of a pain to operate but picture quality was excellent. Biggest complaint was the ridiculous operating system for the shower. “Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance ”

“We selected this hotel for its proximity to a party venue downtown, which was perfect. The hotel was adequate, nothing special. We stayed in a newly renovated room but we were not very impressed with the bathroom area. Small countertop, weak shower spray, and the door to the water closet was too big for the space so it did not open fully. Property is under remodeling and the elevators were often used for moving crews, dusty and busy. On the plus side, the bed and bedding were comfortable and...

“We stayed here after trying to stay at another hotel that was in an unsafe area. We felt very safe here. They had valet service also. The people at every area were friendly. ”

“Clean hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Only problem was parking, small parking lot so when we got back late had to park in a dirt parking area nearby. No shuttle either. ”

“We were very happy with everything except the sofa in the room, which was significantly broken down in the middle, so broken down that when sitting on it, it caused you to lean to the center. ”

“Didn’t stay, even though I paid to. I lost my information about it and wasn’t sent an email confirmation. I called to verify the location and was told I didn’t have a reservation so we continued driving and stayed further along the road. Won’t do that again!”
