“Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance ”

“There was no USB port for me to charge cell phone with. Thankfully I kept a portable battery for backup. Other than that, everything was great.”

“ Way enjoyable stay. Nobody was there at check in but a. Wry nice gentleman on the kitchen staff let us in. I did have to call the number on the door and giver her the code that had been sent. Other than that it was a great stay. The woodwork the bed the charm and location were all great ”

“Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess.”

“There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem...

“the hotel was ok , good wifi and large room”

“Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. ”

“Elevators were out for 12 of our 24 hr stay. Room was not ergonomic on set up. Wont be back.”

“I thought it taste horrible and they don’t tell u that u have to valet ur car and the charge u a extra 50 for a deposit ”
