Hotel vicino a Park Plaza Mall - Little Rock

“Everything looked great new, modern and clean. The receptionist pleasant but unable to locate me by Expedia itinerary number or name. I had to instruct her to call Expedia .. I gave her the confirmation at that time she was able locate me.. we arrived late almost at midnight jumped in the shower no shampoo. My husband had to pick it up from reception we were on the 4th floor. Would I stay here again absolutely. Over all I rate them 5 star just little things that need attention.”

“It was clean & the location was great! It’s in the middle of restaurants & shopping stores. My husband liked the complimentary breakfast bar, but I didn’t because the pancake machine was out of order. Cracker Barrel is right up the street & saved my morning. Overall I give it a 4.8/5 ⭐️”

“I liked it. It was quiet. Location not far from stores and restaurants. I really love the fact that their departure time is at noon!”

“The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch. At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock.”
