“The check in process was quick and easy. The room was modern and clean. The room did not have a TV remote. I called the front desk and they had a new remote delivered in about 5 minutes. The bed was comfortably and I had no problem falling asleep. ”

“We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.”

“The room was nice, comfy beds! Only issue we had with the room was the door, everyday we would have to go get several new key cards made until one would work. But I don't think it was a hotel wide issue, just one with that room because we switched rooms and no longer had that issue.. But the thing that truly stood out and was totally unexpected, the kindness, compassion, and overall welcoming attitudes of every staff member we had contact with!! They all made our stay far more pleasant than...
