I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. “the valet was good, but expensive. my room was very clean, but the tv’s signal kept going out. they still use cable, so with the fact that the connection kept being lost we couldn’t even use the tv. the beds were comfortable though”

“Parking garage may be a little tight if you are in a BIG truck but doable. They were in the middle of a remodel in reception/lobby so that was a bit of a mess but the room was very clean and quiet. ”

“I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.”

“I had a sofa in the room. It’s nice to spread out during the day or before bedtime without making a mess of the bed. I want it to be freshly made when I hit the hay for the night. I was given plenty of water at the front desk without even asking. Thanks, Matt, I think his name was.”

“The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here.”

“The property was not at all maintained. There was a stench of smoking in the lift, in the corridor and in the room. The carpet had a bad smell. The floors were dirty. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and almost broken. I was scared to touch them in case they came out and broke they will charge me for breaking them. I wonder if Wyndham has any policy on inspecting the properties at all In all a bad experience. Will not recommmend”
