“Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance ”

“Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. ”

“The sofa in the room was old. We didn't even want to sit on it and didn't. I've seen better at Goodwill. Needs update on sofa and replace carpet with flooring. Panel on a/c unit hanging off. I saw more dogs than people,HUGE ones. Some rooms should exclude pets. You can't get rid of the smell. The bed was comfortable was the best of the stay. I won't go back.”

“Conveniently located hotel and there was some nice food locations nearby!! I will say there was a lot of traffic noise and there was distinct homeless presence. The staff were super nice!”

“I’ve stayed here a few other times & the beds are usually comfortable but this time it definitely wasn’t. Also the toilet was very low & the showerhead needs to be a rain type shower not just one small shower head.”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking is in a garage behind the hotel, but there you exit the garage and enter the hotel through a gated courtyard. Amazing downtown location. The Riverfront is a short walk away.”

“Good directions to get you to property. Convenient to get on & off interstate while being quiet for sleeping. Close to the SOMA area of Little Rock.”
