“Staff was friendly, breakfast- had coupon for $10 off. Nice gym That’s the pros. Now the cons: took 3 attempts, the last being ugly, to get room cleaned. So went for 5 days without new towels, 4 days no coffee. No coffee available downstairs in main area, just water. No microwave in room- only 1 in hotel on the 3rd floor. Needless to say, this hotel is nice upon entry, but very dated rooms. Service was lacking, people not doing their jobs for housekeeping. I won’t stay here again. Disappointed...

“A comfortable place to reset before another journey”

“We were swimming in the pool, then a group of 18 local people were let in by a staff member. They were dressed in street clothes, brought towels from home, and since the group was so large we were pushed out of the pool. Very disheartening for paying $500+ for the weekend and unable to utilize the pool because a staff member let their family and friends in. They also do not provide daily housekeeping (clean towels, beds made, etc) during a 3 day stay. There are also a TON of homeless people...

“Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.”

“Brand new hotel and fabulous staff. Very friendly. We got a room with a nice kitchen and spacious. Very comfy bed and great breakfast. Will be staying here again.”

“The room had a terrible strong odour and we had to get the windows open to try and reduce the smell. The next day I complained and I was informed that 2 guys with a dog had been there for several months. The carpet should be torn up and the cement has to be acid treated to get the smell out. ”

“Great stay, one issue is bathroom door is a sliding barn door and it wouldn't stay closed. Awkward when staying with my teenage son. ”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . Per la pulizia della camera passava l'inserviente solo se avvisavi ,più volte si e dimenticata il cestino dei...

“Friendly staff clean environment excellent breakfast coffee 24/7 with hot water for tea. Bed is comfortable bathroom was clean. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come to Anchorage. Five stars all the way.”

“This is an ideal property for a traveling family. My kids loved the pool area! The property was clean and organized. Parking was easy. The breakfast offerings are simple but my kids loved the waffle makers.”
