“It would be very helpful if rooms had access to usb ports or plugs near the bedside. Just one behind the clock is insufficient ”

“There was no place to park our car, and there were people loitering outside on the landings upstairs. We requested a refund and were told one would occur within 72 hours. Photographs of this hotel do not give a recent idea of its condition. ”

“Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️”

“The property & room was clean. The staff was polite & welcoming. ”

“Bed was comfortable. Ac was cold. Shower was hot. Now the downside was that it was in need of maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was all but gone when we got to it. It’s a working town so I figured it gets hit hard with dirty people that don’t care and the workers don’t care much either. ”
