“I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. “Staff were missing most of the time. The pool was in bad condition, with live bugs in the water and dirty. The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)”

“This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent. The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. “I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit.
