“When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!”

When I arrived, it looked like a ghost town and the woman who checked me in was rude. I requested an early check in because I had an event to get to. “We stayed for the weekend and had a friendly welcome from the staff. The room was clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The breakfast was plenty and a good variety. The coffee was pretty good as well. We will come back to this hotel. Definitely recommend it.”

“Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...
