“Hotel was close to the highway, Restaurants and shopping area. Parking was free and breakfast was great with a variety.”

“The rooms smell musty and they are very humid and have a funny smell to them. You can hear the traffic from the freeway as if there are no walls. Management is not helpful and they are very rude. I couldn’t sleep because of how loud the traffic was. Was one of the worst nights. Elevators are hot and look very old.”

“The hotel was short staffed which caused there to be no cleaning of our room on our 4 day/3 night stay. Very good breakfast but with their being limited staff for such a big hotel it caused there to be a lot of shortages in food. I’m not a high maintenance person and appreciated the competitive prices but if your someone that can’t do with short comings you may stay somewhere else.”

“Staff and service were great! Room was clean , breakfast was excellent and close to all main attractions. Only complaint my family and I have is the pool needed to be cleaned. Trash , bugs , leaves , toilet paper and a tampon were in the water. San Antonio is a great tourist spot and family friendly!”
