“Rented a beach view room. But they didn’t have a clean one available, had to pay more to upgrade to a suite.”

“It was a good stay, but the ac didn't work great. It cooled, but definitely didn't cool to the 66 that it was put on.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.”

“Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

“The hotel is not far from the base. Breakfast is good and staffs are nice. I stayed 1 bedroom and it’s very spacious.”

“The lady that checked us in was not very nice . Seemed like she hated her job. The lady at the front desk on Saturday was very helpful and nice which made up for the lady checking us in. We ended up enjoying our stay”

“Very spacious plenty”

“Nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting Great America. Directly across from the main entrance. Several food options with in walking distance from the hotel and a huge shopping mall, a short drive away. Appears to be recently remolded and a popular indoor pool area. Breakfast did not appeal to us and didn’t try, but would still stay here again if in town again.”
