“First I was given the wrong room, went in with my children and it was an occupied unit! Then I am given a different room and it was absolutely filthy! I mean dirt all over the floors, clearly not changed beddings and my allergies to animals immediately went off. I went back and advised and all I got was, Sorry, but when I pay that price and the place was not open ven cleaned! I want a refund!”
