“Personale accogliente ”

“The place is a home and it is relatively new and well maintained. The check in was super fast. There are banana, apple , water, milk, tea, coffee in the dinning area … free. There water kettle , microwave , fridge and coffee machine in the dinning area. I took room 2 which has its own washroom. The bed was comfy but pillows were just two and they are soft. I booked the room for me and my son. Wifi was super fast. There are house rules everywhere. There is a declared quiet time from 11 pm to 6 am...

“Buyer beware!! Ignore the marketing. This place is terrible. The Domes are one on top of another on a hill overlooking a busy, noisy road. Buried deep in the information is that there are no bathrooms in the unit. There are no covers over the entrance door allowing others to look in (at least on our unit). We did not stay here although we had reserved two nights. We did not expect a refund for the first night, but did for the second, which was denied by the company.”
