“The place was great. The view of the river from our room was wonderful. Walked to grab a bite at a cute restaurant. Perfect for our needs.”

“First of all, check-in info said 2 pm... no one is there on site to take care of this.. We sat outside for almost 30 mins, ringing bell occasionally. Finally called the phone # I had and after several tries got a real person...probably the manager.. who tried to be very accommodating, but at this point nothing was going to help. I was told a message had been sent to my 'phone' that morning spelling out access, etc... but the number I had given Expedia was my home phone #, not a cell...
