“The room was fine but it was nothing like the photos on Expedia. I had pictures of a big room with 2 queen beds but the actual room was very small and barely enough room for the bed. We’re were only there for the night so no big deal but Expedia misrepresented what we were paying for.”

“When we arrived they had overbooked. They said they could give us a "dome" instead; not what we asked for but because they had us over a barrel late in the day we took it. Staff promised us a room at the inn the next day and yes, we got it. But the dome was a nightmare - no toilet in the room, had to walk across the campus and it was pouring rain. VERY Disappointed.”

“I had a nice two night stay in this clean, quiet ground floor unit that had shared common spaces. Easy access to Metrotown and under a 15 min walk to skytrain.”

“Pros: great area, very well maintained heritage home and directions are well laid out. Within walking distance to everything and the host was very accommodating and welcoming, price was reasonable for Victoria Cons: in the mini suite it is right by the laundry room in the basement, there is a bug zapper outside of the room that will go off and sound like an electrical issue. There was a broken window that was taped up. The coffee in the morning was cold and had many grounds in it.”

“There is no breakfast available which forces one to find an open restaurant/ less than ideal. For aging clients- a lift is essential. The cleaning staff was especially helpful while the front desk staff seemed uninformed and reticent to help!!”
