“upon arrival the outside was beautiful, and the building/plants were well maintained. but after entry we were greeted by the owner who awkwardly changed our room we paid for (first floor) to a basement (apparently he had double booked the room) which was not great at all. The smell was musky and moldy (from what we assume was improper treatment of exposed brick?) The kitchen sink was spitting up dirt. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. “We had a wonderful stay at Ciliegia Villa. The room and the location were even nicer than we expected—beautiful, peaceful, and a great base for exploring the area. There were just a couple of small things that kept it from being a perfect stay. When we arrived, the room was extremely hot, and the air conditioner wasn't able to cool it down for the first night. “Hey there! So, the place was super tidy, and this really nice guy welcomed me right when I got there. He showed me around and was happy to give me all the deets I needed. Oh, and the kitchen? It was totally stocked!My bedroom was a little on the small side, but since there were other rooms open, I bet they come in different sizes! I can totally see myself staying there again with my family down the road if we need to. I'd absolutely recommend it and want to send a big thank you to the staff!”

“We stayed in a brand new dome and it was beautiful! Very bright, clean, spacious. The owner was kind and helpful. There are no bathrooms, running water, or shower in the dome. So plan accordingly. But they bathrooms were close by and good. They listed a "hot springs" and "hot tub" on their listing,, as well as laundry. But there was no hot springs nearby (we asked), the hot tub was quite dirty, so we didn't use it, and there was no laundry available. That was frustrating as we were...
