  • La nostra casa si trova nella zona degli hotel, la spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada dove si trovano gli hotel Secrets The Vine e Hard Rock, deve camminare 30/40 passi dall'ingresso ed è totalmente gratuita. Godrai di splendidi tramonti in un ambiente tropicale rilassante. La Villa è di 3660 piedi quadrati, su 3 livelli, composta da soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina completa, 4 camere da letto (2 master suite), tutte con bagno completo e aria condizionata individuale. Soggiorno e sala da pranzo decorati con mobili di alto livello, coaching in pelle, vetro da tavolo, ecc.
    Il condominio offre sicurezza 24 ore su 24, 2 piscine (una per adulti e una per bambini) campi da tennis e da basket e splendidi giardini tropicali. Situato a pochi passi da centri commerciali (La Isla e Kukulcan Plaza) locali notturni, ristoranti, porti turistici, supermercato, pista da corsa, fermata dell'autobus e taxi.
    Se hai bisogno di un'altra casa per famiglia e amici nello stesso condominio, invia una richiesta.

    Il servizio di pulizia è incluso nella tariffa a giorni alterni 2 ore al giorno.

Very close to the beach. House has chairs, umbrellas and towels. Security was on site 24 hours and very friendly. Stores and restaurants close by as well.

We loved staying at Daniel's condo. It was clean, as described, and it had great proximity to the beach and several convenience stores. We also enjoyed the private and neighborhood pool. 10/10 would love to stay again. Thank you, Daniel!

We had a fantastic stay at Las Cúpulas! The townhouse was spacious, clean, secure, and in a great location with easy access to Playa Ballenas, restaurants, and everything in the Hotel Zone.Host Daniel was outstanding. His communication before and during our stay was excellent, providing detailed information about the condominium, check-in process, and local recommendations that made everything easy.A special thank you to Alexandro at the security gate. He was the first person to greet us every morning, always welcoming us with a smile and a few words of wisdom before we headed out on our daily adventures. He truly made us feel at home.Our group of four couples had an amazing week, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

House was as expected - beautiful and plenty of space for our group. Great location and bonus that the house had a pool. Walking distance to beaches and a short walk to many restaurants and the bus stop, which we took to the nightlife area. Host was responsive and condo staff were friendly. Great place!

Yes, the place is part of a gated, well maintained courtyard. The area around the deck and pool felt like a nice little secret garden. We appreciated the roomy and tastefully furnished main floor and the nice balconies overlooking the courtyard. With four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, it allowed us to share the place with our daughter and husband.

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel the host and his beautiful house in Cancun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and the house is exactly as described, plus the amazing beach is at the most 40 steps from the front door and there was no issue feeling safe in Cancun as the house is in a gated community with Security always on duty.

We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to have a great stay in Cancun! Check in was very easy, security staff were helpful, and the host Daniel was very responsive and accommodating. There was even a water dispenser with two bottled water jugs provided, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!

Cancun villa

Very nice stay. Each family had their own bathroom. The 2 pools on the property were small and perfect for the kids. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and very nice. Daniel was a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Place was great for a large family! The beach and nice restaurants were about a 5 minute walk as well as a corner store/pharmacy and a massage place. A huge supermarket was a 3 uber ride away. It had everything we needed to cook. The stairs are steep/narrow, so limited mobility people might have trouble. But the main floor has a room with 2 beds that worked perfectly for our parents.

Great location

The house was perfect for our large extended family of 12. The location was perfect as we were feet away from a pharmacy, a minute away from the each, a few minutes walk to the bus, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance.

We loved staying in this lovely home. It was an accurate reflection of the listing. It was nice to have a restroom per bedroom. We loved the common spaces. Overall a great place to stay. Super close to the ocean! Highly recommend it!!!

Amazing property in Cancun

This property is absolutely stunning! Daniel is the most welcoming and responsive host. I had the pleasure of staying in his condo with a few of my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend, and the location and safety of this property are phenomenal! I definitely recommend visiting Cancun and staying at Daniel’s property! You won’t regret it!

A short stay, but a great vacation.

Overall stay was great. Our host, Daniel and Marianne was superb. A great location with restaurants nearby, a short walking distance. The spiral stairwell and walking could be challenging for the elderly guest or medical conditions. Would recommend for a great vacation. Bring your own chairs for the Beach that was a short walking distance away. Shopping was a distance away, need transportation.
