“The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“Stairs, stairs and more stairs...50+ to get to the rooms with balconies...front desk was very nice and very helpful...room was OK...AC worked pretty well...bed was soft but comfy...no facial tissue in the room...room was pretty clean... especially for an older property...pool was small...and green ...and got greener every day we were there...free breakfast was good...the onsite restaurant was excellent...gr8 happy hour drinks... food was top notch and portions were big...the best thing about...

“Amazing History | Beautiful Rooms | Delicious Food | Incredibly Personable Staff We absolutely loved this location and would highly recommend staying here—especially when no cruise ships are in port. Shopping and restaurants are just blocks away, along with the (in)famous 99 Steps and Blackbeard's right next door. The views from both the bar and our room were truly breathtaking. While the property still has restoration work ahead, the quality of what has already been completed is outstanding. If...

If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
