“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. “What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! Little touches everywhere were not overlooked by my family. ”

“Amazing hotel with unbelievable views. Staff was very helpful when needing a new room due to some lights nor working. The only con is parking can be a little rough at times, especially with a pickup truck.”
