“Everything was very clean!”

“Great 2 bed 2 bath unit. Kitchen had all the necessary items needed for a weekend stay. Beautiful outside area on the 7th floor to view the city.”

“This was a great hotel. Only problem is the spa was out of commision.”

“Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you”

“I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Coffeyville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the excellent service — the manager was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”
