“Very nice and staff was friendly”

“Not equipped to deal with high volumes from the new concert venue. Checking in at 3:30 the night of a concert was a nightmare. There was only one woman checking people in and she was fantastic trying her best, on the phone with her manager. A woman ahead of us had reserved two beds for four guests and given one double bed. They were “overbooked” and nothing could be done. By the time that was dealt with there were probably 20 people waiting to check in. I had booked two queens to also only get...

“The room smelled odd. I woke up the next day with a sinus and throat issue due to whatever is blowing through the vents at this place. The pool and hot tub area is disgustingly hot and humid, and the over call condition was average. Biggest concern being moldy rooms with the old AC vents. The girl at the front with the pink hair was nice though.”
