“I booked this room in March (almost 4 months ago) upon arrival despite booking the king suite I had to pay for every person over 2. They that attempted to charge both mine and my friends card, (who paid for the extra head charges) 100 bucks than tried again for 50. “I feel like the pictures were very deceiving. We had a room that overlooked the pool area so we had zero natural light from a window. I didn't even want to be barefoot in the bathroom because of how gross it was. Same with the pool/spa area. The whole place felt extremely dirty. Our room smelled like we had a heavy smoker living there so it was super musty smelling. Overall not a great experience and I don’t have a very high bar for hotels. “I’m not happy with this hotel. First of all, no alcohol is allowed in the hotel. You have to purchase it from the casino. Our room was dirty. We moved the nightstand and found a used tissue and a part of a rubber glove. Yuck. When I took a shower, the handle came off in my hand! There was some remodeling being done at the time of our visit. Other than that, the beds were comfy. But I will not be back.”
