“This lodging is a great place to stay!! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew are very helpful and friendly. Our room provided everything we needed for a restful night including a very comfortable bed. It’s a great value for the price and a regular spot for us when we are in the Minneapolis metro area.”

“Registration took an hour in a construction zone. We stood in a long line waiting for five front desk staff when there should have been ten. They sent us to a smokey room that hadn’t been cleaned. Back to registration for another 20 minutes. I had to recite the same answers to the manager that I’d just given to the staff at registration. I had to modify my length of stay and front desk staff were not knowledgeable about modifying a reservation. Four associates didn’t know what they were doing...

“The room was in rough condition the bathroom door barely closed the toilet didn't flush properly and the hallway was covered in stains on the 2nd floor. The stairs also smelled like urine.”

“It was difficult for the one staff member to adequately provide breakfast in a timely manner to everyone needing to eat. The common areas of the hotel were not clean but our room was clean when we checked in. The entire hotel had a very strong perfume scent everywhere. I felt as though febreeze was being circulated through the main air system. It was overwhelming. Staff were good. Room was good. Bathroom was very small. Bathroom lighting was not great. No housekeeping unless you...
