“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, lots of variety and tasty food. No problem finding parking.”

“Lots of snack choices. Large containers of ice cream would be nice. NOT LIKE 1. No waste basket by the mic.refridge.kitchen workspace 2. NO TV CHANNELS! 3. Would have been very nice when both the individuals I spoke with actually knew what no t v channels meant. Bringing me up, a list of channels?Does absolutely no good when there are NO CHANNELS. ALL I GOT WAS A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THERE WAS NO ANTENNA.NO INTERNET NO ANYTHING. Neither the manager nor the individual I spoke with on Wednesday...

“We were traveling with our dog and the staff at Spark were very welcoming. The breakfast had a nice selection and the breakfast room was kept very clean and well stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean but there were a couple of broken floor tiles in the bathroom and it appeared the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door had been pulled out (there was a hole in the door). The staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“The bathroom in our room was awful. The tile was broken, toilet was loose and the shower had mold. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily. It was not. Tried to phone the front desk, the phone didn't work. Had to go down and talk with the front desk. They didn't really care and gave us towels.”

“Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.”

“Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.”

“Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.”

“Desk staff at check in was not friendly and we were not allowed to check in until 5:15 because rooms were not cleaned due to late check out of a wedding party!”

“My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!”
