“Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was okay but less options than other hotels.”

“When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available...

“We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!”

“The door knob thing was broken and the breakfast had no waffle maker which was sad but the room was spacious and the kitchen in the room was clean and better than I expected.”
