Hotel vicino a Canterbury Falls - Hamilton

“Buono”

“Albergo tenuto bene, la camera che avevo prenotato per tre persone aveva solo un King bed ed il sofà bed chiuso, sono dovuto scendere per segnalare il problema che comunque è stato prontamente risolto preparando il letto per la terza persona. La stanza dava sul corso principale, pur essendo all’ottavo piano gli ampii vetri non fornivano sufficiente insonorizzazione. Nel complesso, buon hotel e personale molto cordiale.”

“Ottimo Hotel”

“When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

“If you like to be greeted rudely with zero help this is the place to go!!!”

“Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service and property”

“Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back.”

“The interior of the room itself was fine, but we were the only room in our hall that was not under construction. The hallway floor was ripped up and construction was ongoing into Saturday evening and begun again early Sunday morning. Staff did not tell us anything about the construction at check in so it was a bit shocking to find our room was essentially in a work zone. Not sure how the other floors are but this picture is what our hallway on the third floor looked like.”
