“We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Upper James in Canada, and I have to say — the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and considering we were a large group (with my siblings and their families joining as well), the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable.
