“Someone was at the front desk to greet us. The rooms were clean and ac worked well. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. Dining options were very close. ”

“The Mountain Star Lodge is a nature lovers' oasis nestled in the midst of a bustling Austin suburb. The lodge is set back from the road, on a hilltop overlooking a lush green valley full of birds and othe lical wildlife.
The accomodations are rustic, but clean and spacious. The small kitchenette was an added bonus.
The setting is quiet and peaceful, while being just a couple minutes from upscale shopping, entertainment, and offices. The proprietor "Sonny" was friendly and accomodating....
“This is a very unique small but cozy and private retreat. The f once around the area gives a sense of privacy I have never experienced. I would absolutely come back, my wife and I’s 25th anniversary was exactly what we wanted. My only thing is the bed is very hard and just not a good night sleep, the rest of it made up for it. ”
