“Check in molto ambiguo Tiene una caparra di CHF 200 e racconta che in teoria al termine del soggiorno verranno riaccreditati a dipendenza della banca. Se ci fossero problemi indica una data termine (1 mese dopo). Lo stabile non è un granché ma l’appartamento è ok”

“Nos toco una tipica buhardilla, con una vista espectacular al rio Reuss y al famoso puente de la capilla. El lugar espectacular en todos los sentidos para los que aprecian un lugar tipico como es todo en Lucerna.”

“I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

“No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.”

“L’appartamento non era stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo, la mancanza in cucina della lavastoviglie si è fatta sentire durante il soggiorno, come anche la scomodità dei condizionatori vetusti e rumorosi, in ultimo anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che sono state portate (perché mancanti ) solamente il secondo giorno di permanenza anche dopo insistente sollecito. ”

“Die Ausstattung ist Zweckmässig, aber sauber. Die Lage hat perfekte Bus und Bahn Bindung und auch ein Naturschutzgebiet um die Ecke. Mit Hund ideal. ”

“Property manager was very nice and helpful. He brought us electric converters that we needed. The location was a little out of the way with not much in the area. We had rented a car which made traveling easier. Enjoyed our stay and place.”

“Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍”

“Es hat für uns alles wunderbar gepasst! Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, nur ein paar Meter bis zum See und eine wundervolle Sicht auf die Berge!”
