“Staff was a bit standoffish at check-in. We felt like we received a “less than” greeting since we’d booked through a 3rd party. The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. Pool had algae and moss cover was full of debris. Looked like a homeless camp. We immediately turned in our keys and left”

“I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

“This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. No one has cleaned behind the toilet in awhile. The hair dryer had never been cleaned. Most hotels use unlimited liquid soaps/lotions/shampoo and conditioner dispensers now, but not this hotel. “Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...
