“I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! “While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia.
