“Excellent hotel to stay near Albany airport.”

“The room was incredibly dirty. The floors had water stains, and the bathroom was barely cleaned. Water stains were visible everywhere, even the toilet was gross. I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned, and new towels weren’t provided. The hotel was extremely noisy. Guests were inconsiderate and didn’t seem to be aware of the time or that other guests were around. I couldn’t sleep a single night that I decided to leave at 6 AM. I rang the bell to check out, but no staff came. I...

“The restaurant and the hotel worked hand-in-hand, and were efficiently ran together as one property. Reminded me of the Inns and pubs in England. The staff treated us as one of the locals. Room was comfortable, neat and clean. Definitely will stay again even if it’s off our route when we travel through. Will plan for this location when possible. Overall a fantastic stay.”

“Struttura non recentissima ma comunque ben tenuta. Molto periferica raggiungibile solo con l'auto. Nei dintorni presente comunque un ristorante per la cena con personale simpatico. Inclusa nel prezzo una colazione a buffet. Presente una lavanderia per gli ospiti che è stata molto utile. Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Consigliato.”

“I could see why this hotel is a favorite for pilots & flight attendants. It is convenient to the airport & has a great shuttle service. Our receptionist when we arrived was extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Our flight was very early morning so we didn't have breakfast but it looked like it would great.”

“Clean, friendly staff, no hairdryer. Breakfast is basic buffet style sub par quality. Dry overcooked rubbery cheese omelet with dry potatoes, cold hard boiled eggs, fruit and oatmeal as well as a waffle station. The missing hairdryer was replaced, but only after receiving a front desk call telling me to check the bathroom drawer and a staff member entering my bathroom to check the drawer without requesting permission to do so.
