“Accountable staff and very well maintained property”

“There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!”

The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. “Although the place was clean, I noticed that the bathroom ceiling had spots on it, maybe mildew. The paper was peeling off near the tub too. Breakfast was only until 9 on a Sunday morning. I notice this about a lot of hotels - I think weekend breakfast should be at least 7 to 10 since when people travel, they do enjoy sleeping in. The staff was friendly.”

“Staff (front desk) was a lil rude but no big deal, bathroom floor looked rusty or dirty and my bed leaned a lil on one side!”

“I don't expect luxury for $80 a night but there's no excuse for the bathroom sink not draining, the toilet fill valve running once every minute all day & night, the shower head dripping 24/7, & the shower water temperature fluctuating wildly from scalding to shockingly cold & back in seconds. The clogged drain was disgusting & unsanitary. Hard to believe housekeeping hasn't recognized the problem. Do they report it & then management does nothing? The yo-yoing shower water temperature is easily...

“It was a very convenient location and quiet. The price was great, but it showed. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and box spring, the smoke detector was ripped off the mount, and there were a lot of cosmetic details that needed fixing. I didn't bring any of it up to the hotel, because honestly it didn't matter. It was comfortable and worked for what I needed.”

“The property is very convient to the area resteraunts and stores. It is alos conveinient to the sunshine Fairgrounds. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My room needed minor maintainance while I was there and that was done immediately with no fuss. The only issue I had was that the rooms could use a " facelift". Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area makes terrible coffee. There's a machine in the room however, which makes great coffe, you just need to get cream and sugar...
