“Just got back from a weekend at a postcard cabin in the Catskills and honestly… it was such a beautiful experience. The cabin itself was EVERYTHING I needed peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the quiet, fresh air, and just unplugging from everything felt so refreshing. It really gave that perfect escape-from-the-city vibe. “Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund. ”

“The clerk on Friday was very rude and disrespectful. Was speaking with friends in the breakfast area declined to come help customer check in. The hotel room door did not close properly, asked to switch room told no room available. There was screaming fight as well as people gathering and drinking in the hallways at all hours of the night starting from 11-3 am. This place is disquisting and should not be allowed to be in service ”
