“This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.”

“The leeway was very beautiful perfect for 2 people big cozy bed and nice living room area there are most definitely many places to eat nearby and lots of trails to walk and be one with nature and the small stream at the end was a breath taking view so beautiful in the morning with coffee i will be coming back ”

“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”
