This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. We had a wonderful winter getaway at this lovely spot. Host was welcoming, communicative and had all the house instructions easily laid out for us. We loved playing in the snow and enjoying the lovely mountain views! We will certainly consider coming back in the summer to make use of the water feature! ...

We stay here often and always have a great experience. Clean room,super comfortable bed and friendly staff (especially the sweet blonde lady that works Sunday night and Monday morning-it skipped my mind to ask what her name was but she is very nice every time).
