“It was very close to the sights at the capital and close to the Metro (three blocks) and within walking distance of many places to eat. The hostess was very helpful.”

“The location of this listing couldnt be better! Walkable and safe neighbor, central to all DC has to offer! The house is well equipped and beautifully kept. Modern amenities with historic charm. Upon arriving some of the new appliances took some getting used to. Once we received the welcome guide via email it made more sense. We were surprised to realize the breezeway and patio are shared with a neighboring business/office. Which felt a little odd as we thought we had the patio to ourselves so...

“Great property but got an erroneous charge. Called to have it fixed and they charged me again and issued a credit. Both the credit and additional charge fell off my statement but the initial charge stayed on. Not worth the headache but didn't love the petty theft.”
