“Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.”

“The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.”

“The location was great. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing...

“Expired inspections on the elevators. Buttons on wall didn’t work. One elevator out of service and the other you have to hold the close button closed for the door to actually close. Should be simple maintenance plan. Had about 3/4 roll of toilet paper in the room - and that’s by combining the used ones on the roll. No extra rolls. Sliding bar style door leaves a gap, so the bathroom isn’t really closed. Beds very uncomfortable. Not being a Karen, but can’t go back to this hotel again.”

“As soon as I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He made my stay 1000% times better! The room was very clean and the cleaning staffed did a marvelous job keeping the room spotless. I will definitely book here again!”

“Good basic overnight hotel which was clean with good wi-fi. Kids really liked the bathroom shower and breakfast was convenient with a good variety.”

“Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again.”

“Extender stay for personal reasons. A great locación near everything in Brunswick. Clean, quiet, confortable room and staff was excellent.”

“I was able to use the indoor pool night and morning with my toddler daughter. The heated SPA was really nice.”

“Visited due to a last minute business trip Reservation was a disaster ! checked into a dirty room . I mean Filthy !! Everything was under construction lobby was closed Some older gentleman , with a receiving hairline, Had the worst STANK ATTITUDE . His looks matches his service.”

“There was blood on the curtains. Cigarette holes on the comforter. Bathroom full of mold. Staff was not helpful. I had to leave after a few hours and book a different hotel. Never received a refund after providing photos to the booking agent and hotel manager”
