“Loved this property, location and amenities. This unit was beautiful, bright and clean. We enjoyed the screened-in deck many times a day. Perfect place to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. We cooked many meals in and had everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, utensils, storage containers, etc.). We also did several loads of laundry. I was so happy to see so many chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit. The location was far enough away from the busy strip so that we had a very private beach,...

“The condo was clean and well stocked. You can sit on the deck overlooking the boat docks. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs. The unit is walkable to the beach. Bring your bikes. There is construction going on but it wasn’t that loud. If it’s not to hot you can walk to dinner as well. ”

We love this location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Still some construction but didn't impact trip. Communication was easy and responded quickly. ”

“We returned after our stay in Jan. Still love the condo, location (although a lot of construction at turn to condo- can not hear or see from condo however). Easy walk to town. More restaurants open. Love the market. Definitely plan to come back if condo is available. ”

“Clean, small, but well equipped condo. 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, shelling scoop other pool floating items. Quiet, gaited area, quick walk to store and a few restaurants. Very relaxing!”

“Wonderful long weekend with our girls! Enjoyed the beach and shelling, gorgeous sunsets, pool, exploring the island by golf cart, great restaurants and many happy memories made. “Everything was great with the condo. It is well taken care of. We saw manatees from our back porch and bedrooms so that was awesome! The only feedback I have is, they we’re building a water park at the resort and there was no foot path from the main building to the condos so you had to walk around the construction. It would be good to make a walkway from the entrance to the condo so you don’t have to walk on the street- better for safety. ”

Much better than some other units in Lands End where other members of our family stayed.Captiva and Sanibel are a shell of their former selves and the South Seas Island resort is very much in a state of heavy construction and hedge podge amenities. ”
