Hotel a Carlisle

“Not quite up to snuff. Breakfast room was really warm. We ate at about 9am. Breakfast was served from 6 to 10. I got the last omelet and I never saw them restocked. Ran out of coffee. Very limited TV choices. I thought the pet fee was too much $75 for one night. I don't mind paying the fee but this exceeds the cost of a kennel.”

“Breakfast was good. Had a lot of water problems!!! Sunday morning at 8:15 worker's started hammering on walls to fixed water problems.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed this newly renovated restaurant/hotel! Furnishings were exquisite down to the wall switches! Bar area and sunroom were lovely as was the dining room. Employees were the best! Nice to have this venue in Winnsboro - best wishes for continued success!!!”

“The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.”

“It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.”

“Horrible! Asked for creamer. None. Use milk.none. biscuits crumbled trying to pick them up. Sausage gravy dried to bottom of vat. Eggs in fridge. Heat them yourself. Started at 6am. Got there at 6:12. This was breakfast smh”

“Great place to stay”

“Stayed at hotel four years ago very nice now outside in terrible condition inside not much better. When I got there waited twenty minutes to check in finally man comes to desk acts like I inconvenienced him to do his job had to ring bell to get him there. When got to room on second floor half floor got plastic blocking it plywood on window on other end. I recommend going to next exit to Hampton inn worth the price”

“Lots of traffic sounds in room”

“The hotel was OK. But highly under staffed. Not enough staff to run the Cafe and the check in desk. Wait for food was an hour. Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was not completely clean. Left hair bands on the floor, which indicated not vacuumed well. Ants around the TV and AC. The bed squeaked like an old spring mattress, but was comfortable. The room was ok, but for the price it didn't meet the standards”

“This hotel was very rundown - holes in walls, paint scraped off, deadbolt didn't work, bedding was dirty and mismatched. I never give bad reviews, but this was horrible. The front desk people, however, were very nice. ”
