Cammina dalla tua porta al famoso Tamarack Beach Park di Carlsbad in 50 passi e meno di 3 minuti! È anche possibile raggiungere a piedi il villaggio, a circa 1/2 miglio di distanza, dove sono tutti i negozi e ristoranti.
Spazioso e confortevole, con vista parziale sull'oceano. dal soggiorno, questo bellissimo condominio ha due camere da letto e due bagni, cucina abitabile, soggiorno, ponte, grill e zona pranzo con vista sull'oceano all'aperto. Completamente attrezzato con 1 grande TV, WiFi, attrezzatura da spiaggia, tutte le lenzuola, utensili da cucina, ecc
Splendido dentro e fuori e super comodo per tutto con parcheggio fuori strada, due box auto.
C'è un letto matrimoniale in ogni camera da letto, e una camera da letto, possiamo anche aggiungere un letto singolo se richiesto, fatecelo sapere.

Great location! Not having to fight for parking so close to the beach was awesome! Enjoy the beach across the street. Only downside was the blinds in the bedroom. There was lights on the railings going to the second floor which we unplugged. Next was the street light…no way to unplug that so we slept in a bright bedroom. PI’m going to start carrying my sleep mask with me. We’ll be back!

The house is exactly as pictured, a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, you can see the ocean from the couch! We went to Legoland, the beach and hate San Diego zoo while we were out, and it was ideal for all of them, with the zoo being only 35 minutes away as the furthest we went. We walked down to the shore every night we were there to watch the sun set.

Good location, clean, as advertised

I had my elderly dad (86), sister and niece (4 yrs old) stay here. This unit worked well for the age groups , first floor -single story. Two baths and the second bdrm with 2 beds.Location is great to get to the beach and board walk. Very clean and appliances all in good shape. Wouldn't hesitate to have family stay here again

Location and view excellent

First - there was no rug in the front room as advertised. Also there was no kitchen seating ..... we brought the patio table and chairs in which worked well. A huge KUDO to VRBO. My husband had an unexpected health issue and so our stay was cut short. VRBO immediately began the process of refunding the remaining rental fees without a prompt from us. Thank You.

Great location and accommodation!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay. Perfect location very close to the beach - you can see the ocean and sunset through the window! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, beach towels). Wonderful to have a two car garage. There is no AC but it was fine with the windows (with screens) open.

Wonderful beach house

This was the best location, the beach was just at end of the block and across the street. Very comfortable even with the heat since fans in all the rooms. We didn't cook but felt if there were more than 2-3 persons in the house they could have used a bit more glassware and some plastic options for use outside. We made use of the informal dining table in the front to watch the sunset and have meals. Beds were comfy, place was super clean. Bonus was the 2 car garage so we did not have to struggle to find street parking, which was tight. They even had some beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Would absolutley stay here again. Great place!

comfortable escape

11/10 all around! this place had it all: comfort, clean, location, and luxury. my 2 teens, husband and I stayed for a soccer tournament and vacation, it was delightful. I surfed every morning walked the cliffs every night. We were more than comfortable and will be back.

Nice Stay on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. We're from a different time zone, so we were up early and enjoyed sitting on the front patio watching the ocean and early morning surfers go by with breakfast. The unit was clean and comfortable. Things that would have been helpful to know ahead of time: -no food (spices are available), water (there is a Brita filter and there are ice cubes), or coffee is provided. There is a Keurig, but it doesn't work properly with the cup provided. -No laundry detergent is provided, so we had to buy a full container to do one load. -Everything went smoothly during the trip, so we didn't need to contact the property manager, but I had an inquiry at check-out that was never answered. -The driveway is incredibly narrow (as they state), so it's inadvisable to have a large car. Street parking is tight some days, but possible. -Linens are provided (including beach towels), as are hand soaps, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent + sponge, but no shampoo or conditioner. -The upper unit is also a rental property. We were lucky with quiet neighbors for the vast majority of our stay. -It's a 15-25 minute walk to Carlsbad Village. Ultimately, we would consider staying there again, as everything was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location!

Great Beach Property

We loved our stay in Carlsbad. The place was in a great location - you could see the ocean from the living area. It was also a short walk to the Village - we probably made the walk 2-3 times a day. We utilized all the beach gear that was made available at the property - beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards. There were plenty of beach towels and we just washed them each night so they were ready for the next day. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Great location so close to the beach

Came for a family wedding and decided to stay a little longer with our two adult children. Per previous comments the house truly is sparse but has everything you need. Only comment would be that while the fans provided do help, the house can be a bit muggy and warm. But the location can’t be beat. The house is very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. Really appreciated having a garage to park in too. Thanks again for making our weekend getaway so fun!

Awesome Getaway!

Everything was great! The place was very clean and spacious, plenty of room. We loved being able to sit outside and have dinner. We loved being so close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was quick. My only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows and blankets. Overall this place was awesome and my family and I will definitely stay again!
