Welcoming reception area. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Of the many hotels and self catering accommodation I've stayed in for work in Carmarthen, this hotel is by far the best. My room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped, including a fridge. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers excellent value and St Peter's car park provides close parking for anyone who doesn't dare try the tight parking on site!

Hi, the receptionist was soo lovely and friendly. she made the stay so welcoming and her knowledge on the area for attraction was remarkable. had a lovely short stay at this hotel and loved the rooms was very spacious and clean. would recommend this place to everyone. 5 star rating :)

The property was beautiful, we stayed in the executive suite. It was clean, modern and quiet.The staff were friendly and the hotel is situated in a lovely place with restaurants literally on your door step. We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. Huge room and spotlessly clean. Staff were all lovely and the breakfasts were excellent I had cooked breakfasts each morning. Very convenient to walk to shops and bars. We had a meal at The New Curiosity few doors down (we had booked it ) and was excellent definitely recommend it. The parking can be tight but just be careful going in and they lock the gate so your car is safe and secure too. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Pros : The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Cons : Parking can be very tricky like they have mentioned in their site. Very narrow space to negotiate, For a big spacious room the heating wasn't enough and took a long time to warm up.

Wonderful one night stay
A warm and professional wlecome and room changed as the receptionist saw my wife walks with sticks. A ground-floor room was provided. The room was excellent. Large, warm and very clean with bathroom with walk-in shower. The bar area is welcoming and breakfast was superb. Freshly cooked plated hot breakfast with juices, coffee and tea freely available not forgetting the cereals and breads. Good parking on internal courtyard. Can not speeak too highly about the hotel and staff.

Lovely little gem
We had a lovely stay here. The room was clearly quite newly done up. It was so clean and contemporary. Was a great size as was the bathroom which again was modern and clean. The facilities were great. Right in the town and only a few doors down from the theatre. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and breakfast as delicious with amazing thick bacon mmmm. Thank you so much.

I recommend this hotel
Nice clean friendly hotel - room was comfortable and nicely decorated with excellent shower. Breakfast was good overall good value for money. Entrance to hotel car park is very narrow, challenging for a large car.

My family and I stayed here in June and loved it! The hotel team are very warm and welcoming, which settled us greatly. The location is perfect as the hotel is on a high street, so if you do need to pop to the local shop to pick up some bits, it’s ideal. The rooms are super clean and very big! We were all pleasantly surprised. I booked 2 rooms for three of us but realised we could have stayed in one! Breakfast was included and was high quality food. We wanted a couple of amendments and the hotel team were very kind in supplying us with extras and changes as requested. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be visitng there soon myself.

5* stay in Carmarthen Hotel Spilman.
The hotel was excellent. The quality of the rooms and furnishings was to a very high standard. The cleanliness of each room was excellent which made our stay all the more relaxing. Good sized beds and very comfy too. The rooms were quite and the hotel is in a great location to explore Carmarthen centre. The only thing to bear in mind is that access to the parking at the rear is very narrow! I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money, you will not be disappointed. Thank you hotel Spilman it was a pleasure to stay here.
